How booking and account data is handled for this event.
We collect information you provide when booking tickets or creating an account, including name, email address, phone number, guest names, dietary preferences, and payment method choice. Optional donation and Gift Aid declarations are collected only when provided.
Your data is used to manage bookings, produce tickets, support event operations (including guest check-in), and provide updates about your order. Financial and audit records are retained where required for operational and legal reasons.
Some emails we send contain a small tracking pixel that records when the email was opened and the approximate location/device data (IP address and browser type) of the recipient at that time. This helps us understand whether our emails are being received and read, and to improve our communications. Tracking only applies to emails sent for marketing or event-update purposes; transactional emails (such as booking confirmations and payment receipts) do not include tracking.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, which also stops future tracking.
Sensitive attendee data such as dietary notes and Gift Aid declaration details is subject to timed cleanup after the event. Core order and account records may be retained longer for reconciliation, compliance, and fraud prevention.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where applicable. If you have concerns about how your information is used, contact the event support team.
