Bookings and Order References
Every booking receives an order reference immediately after submission. Orders are not fully confirmed until the relevant payment method has been completed and, where required, manually verified by the organisers.

Payment Windows
Card bookings use SumUp and must be completed within the stated checkout window. Bank transfer and cash reservations are only offered until the manual-payment cutoff before the event, and unconfirmed manual reservations expire if payment is not received and confirmed in time.
Guest Details and Preferences
The lead guest is responsible for ensuring every guest name, allergy, dietary detail, and drink planning choice is accurate by the published deadlines. Any dietary detail still left as still deciding after the stated cutoff may default automatically for event operations.
Cancellations and Event Operations
The organisers may cancel, reject, expire, or reverse bookings where payment is not completed, verified, or reconciled correctly. Capacity is managed live, so expired or cancelled reservations return tickets to the available pool.
Guest Conduct and Event Entry
This is an adult charity event. Guests must be 18 or over and comply with venue, safety, and event-management instructions. Entry may be refused where the organisers or venue staff reasonably believe a guest is unable to attend safely or lawfully.
