Arrive at the Pendle bar for the welcome drinks reception.
Guests are encouraged to have their photos taken with the photographer.

Call to Dinner
Guests are invited through to the ballroom to take their seats for dinner.

Welcome Speech & Balloon Prize
A short welcome from the organisers, followed by the balloon prize draw.

Three-Course Dinner Served
Dinner service begins: three courses from the award-winning kitchen, with a complimentary table drink.

Heads and Tails Game
Played between the main course and dessert.

The Maestros — First Set
The band open the dance floor with their first set of the night.

Auction & Raffle
Bid for experiences and prizes as we raise vital funds for research.

The Maestros — Final Set
The band return to close the live music for the evening.

Disco Begins
The dance floor stays open with a disco through to the end of the night.

Event Ends
The evening concludes in the early hours of Saturday 31 October; guests can make their onward plans.
